Apartment 1 on the ground floor is approximately 30 square metres and features two cosy bedrooms, each with a double bed, a spacious bathroom with a shower, a small seating area, and a kitchenette. The kitchen unit is fully equipped and offers everything you need for cooking: a refrigerator, crockery, kitchen utensils, and a kettle. Air conditioning and WiFi are also available.
The highlight is a charming balcony with seating furniture, which invites relaxation and offers a beautiful view of the sea.
Also located on the ground floor are two additional studios (No. 2 & No. 3). They have the same equipment as the large Studio No. 1, are just a bit smaller and have only 1 bedroom.
Apartment 2 is oriented towards the west and offers a balcony with a view of the greenery and the surrounding mountains. Apartment 3 is oriented towards the south and also offers a direct sea view from the balcony.
Studio 4 is located on the upper floor and is accessible via an external staircase behind the house. It also has a bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette and features a large, shady balcony facing north.
Practical advantages of all apartments are three private parking spaces directly at the building. Pet lovers can rejoice - a pet is also allowed. The location is excellent: only 500 metres from the supermarket, restaurant and café. The Velika Plaza Dubrava beach is just 1.4 km away and easily accessible on foot, inviting you to enjoy wonderful beach days.
Please note that smoking is not permitted in the apartment. The apartment is not suitable for youth groups, but offers families and couples a comfortable temporary home with sea views and a tranquil atmosphere.
