The apartment house is centrally located - near shops (400 m), restaurants and the city beach Susanski Plaza (700 m) - and yet embedded in a quiet garden with a communal barbecue area and pool. The last 500 metres to the accommodation lead uphill along a narrow road into the quiet residential area of Susanj. Thanks to the slightly elevated location, you can enjoy a magnificent sea view from almost all apartments. On the grounds of Villa Delfin, up to four parking spaces and a central waste container are available.
