Discover Martin's modern and comfortable apartments in the quiet area of Dobra Voda, perfect for families, couples, and small groups of friends. The property offers a total of four studios accommodating up to 10 people and boasts a peaceful yet convenient location.
Apartment 1, located on the ground floor, is approximately 30 square meters and features two cozy bedrooms, each with a double bed, a spacious bathroom with a shower, a small sitting area, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking: a refrigerator, dishes, kitchen utensils, and a kettle. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are also available.
The highlight is a charming balcony with seating, perfect for relaxing and offering beautiful sea views.
Also located on the ground floor are two additional studios (Nos. 2 & 3). They offer the same amenities as the larger Studio 1, but are slightly smaller and have only one bedroom.
Apartment 2 faces west and features a balcony overlooking the greenery and the surrounding mountains. Apartment 3 faces south and also offers direct sea views from its balcony.
Studio 4 is located on the upper floor and is accessible via an external staircase at the rear of the building. It also features a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette, and has a large, shaded balcony facing north.
Conveniently, all apartments offer three private parking spaces directly at the building. Pet owners will be pleased to know that one pet is also welcome. The location is excellent: just 500 meters from a supermarket, restaurant, and café. Velika Plaza Dubrava beach is easily accessible on foot, only 1.4 km away, and invites you to enjoy wonderful days by the sea.
Please note that smoking is not permitted in the apartment. The apartment is not suitable for groups of young people, but offers families and couples a comfortable temporary home with sea views and a peaceful atmosphere.
