The Villa Maja is located slightly above the coastal road in the quiet residential area of Ratac near Sutomore.
Ratac is a district above Sutomore and lies on the picturesque Adriatic coast of Montenegro, between gentle hills and the glittering blue of the sea. Ratac, known for its tranquil atmosphere, is home to the mysterious ruins of a medieval Benedictine monastery – a place that breathes history and invites contemplation. Just a few kilometres away, Sutomore delights with its long beach, lively promenades and Mediterranean charm. Whether a relaxed beach holiday or a cultural discovery tour – here travellers find both: peace and joie de vivre in perfect balance.

The generously designed holiday home offers plenty of space for a great holiday with family or friends. Particularly great for spending time with loved ones is the beautifully landscaped garden with a pool and the covered terraces on the ground floor and first floor. Those who wish can prepare delicious Montenegrin delicacies on the gas barbecue in the garden and enjoy the wonderful view of the sea. The nearest beach is only 500 m away and the town centre of Sutomore is about a 20-minute walk. The 160 m² holiday home with its own garden and pool has 4 bedrooms with comfortable double beds, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with a cosy sofa and large dining area. Additionally, a washing machine is available for free use in the small laundry room.
